Our Melfa facility, visible from U.S. 13, is located at 28523 Railroad Avenue.

This facility is fenced and gated.  It has video surveillance and contains 106 units. It offers conventional storage in a variety of sizes, as well as Temperature Controlled (heated and air conditioned) 10 x 15 Storage units in our newest building.  As with any of our facilities, our tenants receive a new disc lock.

Temperature Controlled Storage is a good option if you are concerned about the weather’s effects on your belongings.

In our temperature controlled units, the temperature is always consistently maintained, via heating and air-conditioning– not just humidity controlled.

Temperature controlled storage is useful for storing antiques (that may not hold up so well in humid or extreme temperatures), electronic equipment (TV’s, Computers, etc) and other weather sensitive items.
